"My PHP / MySQL website is showing its age: pages load slowly, links throughout the entire site return 404s, and random database errors appear at unpredictable times. I need a developer who can first take a deep dive into the current codebase and the underlying MySQL schema, identify the root causes, and then put reliable fixes in place. Once the site is stable I’d like you to stay on in a light-maintenance capacity and, when needed, roll out new features.

Acceptance will be based on:
• Page-load times returning to normal benchmarks.
• No broken links on the homepage, product pages, or content pages.
• Error-free interaction with the database (no unexpected warnings or fatal errors).
