The current system is functional but needs a modern, clean, and responsive redesign using the latest Laravel theme while maintaining all existing features and workflows.

Scope of Work:-
1. Redesign and improve the UI/UX of the existing Laravel project.
2. Implement a modern, mobile-responsive layout with an intuitive user interface.
3. Upgrade to Laravel latest version (compatible with PHP 8.4).
4. Ensure compatibility with MySQL database (existing structure maintained).
5. Apply best practices for speed, usability, and maintainability.
6. Maintain all existing functions and modules.

Deliverables
a. Fully redesigned and responsive UI using a modern Laravel admin theme.
b. Optimized, tested, and ready-to-deploy Laravel application.
c. Documentation for installation and customization.

Requirements
i. Strong experience with Laravel (latest version) and PHP 8.4.
ii. Proven experience in UI/UX design and frontend frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, or similar).
iii. Ability to work independently and deliver within agreed timeline.
iv. Portfolio of previous Laravel UI/UX projects (please include links).
