"I need my WooCommerce store to display live, accurate UPS shipping rates and charges during checkout. At the moment nothing is connected, and I do not yet have a UPS account or API credentials, so the first step will be guiding me through creating the account and securing the necessary API access keys.

Once those credentials are in place, I’d like you to handle the full integration:

• Recommend and configure the most reliable WooCommerce-compatible UPS plugin or direct API approach
• Map product dimensions, weights and origin address so rates are calculated correctly for every order
• Make sure surcharge, residential and international rate rules (where applicable) flow through accurately
• Test the checkout on both desktop and mobile, confirm rates update in real time and taxes/fees are displayed clearly
• Provide a short hand-off document showing where settings live in WordPress and how to enable/disable services in future

My priority is an error-free, quick checkout experience for customers across the United States, with room to add other carriers later if needed. If you have prior experience integrating UPS (or similar carriers) on WooCommerce, please let me know and include any examples." (client-provided description)
