KGN Groups — Requirement Update & Deployment
1. User App
Authentication
Implement secure user authentication (login, signup, logout).


Ensure proper session handling and data protection.


User Data Update
Modify existing user schema — around 15 fields need updates.


Add a few new fields and update existing ones where required.


Ensure all new/updated values are stored and retrieved properly.


PDF Update
Minor changes in the PDF structure and field mappings.


Updated user data should correctly reflect in the generated PDF.


Deployment
Only the User App will be deployed to the live environment.


Ensure smooth build, configuration, and Firebase integration during deployment.


Testing to confirm authentication, data storage, and PDF generation functionalities work post-deployment.



2. Admin Panel
Authentication / Authorization
Implement admin authentication for secure access.


Add authorization control to limit admin privileges appropriately.


User Management
Admin can:


View all user data stored via the User App.


Edit or delete user entries.


Ensure edited data does not reflect in the user’s own app.


Download individual user PDFs directly from the panel.


Note: Admin panel will be developed but not deployed in this phase.

3. Firebase Migration
Complete migration of existing backend (currently in PHP/MySQL) to Firebase.


Migrate all existing user data safely to Firebase (Firestore or Realtime DB).


Update both User App and Admin Panel to integrate with Firebase services.


Apply necessary Firebase security rules and authentication configurations." (client-provided description)
