"Running roof inspections with my current Excel worksheet has become slow and clunky, especially when I’m dropping photos into cells, clicking through dozens of dropdowns, and trying to keep notes readable. I’m ready to replace that spreadsheet with an online web form that lets me capture everything in the field—photos, preset dropdown options, and free-text observations—then turns the submission into a clean, compact PDF report I can hand straight to a homeowner or insurance adjuster.

Here’s what I need the finished solution to do:
• Open in any modern browser on laptop, tablet, or phone.
• Accept multiple photo uploads per roof section without timing out or compressing them beyond usefulness.
• Offer the same dropdown choices I already rely on (I’ll supply the list), along with clear text boxes for additional comments.
• Generate a branded PDF on submission that preserves photo quality, lays information out logically, and keeps the file size reasonable for emailing.
• Store or export data so I can filter past inspections later—CSV or simple database access is fine as long as I can reach the raw data if needed.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can complete a sample inspection—including three photos, several dropdown selections, and text notes—in under five minutes on a mobile browser.
2. The resulting PDF is automatically named by address and date, is under 5 MB, and prints on two pages or fewer without shrinking text below 10 pt.
3. All data collected appears correctly when exported to CSV.
