"I’m building a browser-based application focused entirely on collecting, organizing, and displaying customer feedback so I can evaluate our products and services with real-time insight. The core of the app will revolve around three input channels—surveys, ratings & reviews, and custom forms—each managed through a single, intuitive interface.

Primary functions
• Create, schedule, and distribute surveys (multi-page, conditional logic welcome).
• Capture star or numeric ratings with optional review text.
• Offer ad-hoc forms for open-ended feedback.
• Aggregate responses in an analytics dashboard with export to CSV or PDF.
• Role-based access so admins can design evaluations while other users only view results.
• Mobile-responsive layout and fast load times.

Tech preferences
I’m comfortable with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) paired with a lightweight backend such as Node/Express or Django—feel free to recommend the stack you work best with, as long as it is secure and well-documented.

Acceptance criteria
1. All three feedback methods function end-to-end in the live demo.
2. Dashboard presents basic statistics (counts, averages, trend lines).
3. Codebase is clean, commented, and delivered in a private Git repository with a README for setup.
4. Deployed on my cloud account (Heroku, Vercel, or similar) and passes a quick usability test on mobile and desktop.
