"I need an Android-only mobile application that lets users connect and interact much like a traditional social network. Core functions should include account creation with email or phone, secure login, profile editing, adding friends or followers, posting text and images, liking or commenting on posts, and push notifications for new activity.

I already have rough sketches of the main screens and a simple feature list; you’ll turn these into a working, well-structured Android app written in Kotlin (or Java if you prefer). The code must follow modern Android architecture components, use a clean UI built with Material Design guidelines, and be ready for publishing to Google Play.

Deliverables
• Fully functional Android application (APK + source)
• Clean, readable code with clear comments
• Basic JSON-based backend placeholder or Firebase setup for user data, posts, and media storage
