"I need a Windows-based AI agent that connects directly to my ContPAQi SQL Server databases and lets me pull the exact business data I ask for without manual queries. The goal is to have a small desktop application or service I can install on my PC that understands natural-language requests in Spanish and quickly returns:

• Excel or PDF reports of sales data, ready to print or share
• On-screen summaries of business, client, supplier, product, and service status
• Fast access to accounting figures and simple dashboards

Sales reports are my priority. At a minimum the agent must provide:
1. Totales de ventas por período
2. Ventas por cliente
3. Ventas por producto

I’m open to the stack you choose as long as it:
- Connects securely to the existing SQL Server used by ContPAQi
- Runs smoothly on Windows 10/11 without extra paid licenses
- Lets me add more report templates later or extend to inventory and financial statements

Please propose the tech approach (language, AI library, lightweight UI framework) and explain how you will handle authentication, Spanish prompts, and exporting to both XLSX and PDF. A brief demo or proof-of-concept query will help me decide quickly." (client-provided description)
