Project description:
"I need a streamlined browser-based application that lets my telecallers capture and update orders while giving admins full oversight from their own dashboard. Telecallers should log in, see only the tasks assigned to them, create new orders on the fly, and change status or add call notes without wading through extra screens. Admins, meanwhile, must be able to view every order, edit or delete records, manage user accounts and pull basic performance reports.

I am open to your preferred stack—React with Node, Vue with Laravel, Django, or another well-supported framework—as long as the final code is clean, documented and ready to deploy to a standard cloud host such as AWS or DigitalOcean.

The goal is to have a working MVP within a month. I’d like progress pushed to a Git repo with short weekly check-ins so we can iron out usability issues early.
