"I need an experienced Android developer who can jump in right away to turn my utility-app concept into a production-ready APK and set up the accompanying admin panel.

The core app is strictly a utility tool—no e-commerce or social-networking elements—so the focus stays on clean functionality. Users must be able to register and sign in with email credentials only; social logins are out of scope for this phase.

On the backend, an admin dashboard should let me view accounts, reset passwords, and tweak basic app settings. Any lightweight, secure web framework (Laravel, Node, Django, etc.) is fine as long as it can be deployed quickly on my VPS.

Deliverables
• Signed, release-ready APK with full Android Studio source (Kotlin or Java).
• Live admin panel installed on my server, plus source code.
• Concise build & deployment guide or brief hand-over session so I can reproduce future builds.
