"I run two small websites that need quick, targeted attention. On one of them, the homepage layout has drifted—elements are no longer lining up the way the design intends. I need the HTML / CSS adjusted so the page looks clean and consistent again across modern browsers and mobile.

Both sites also have a [login to view URL] page, each with its own button that should fire an email straight to my inbox. At the moment the forms appear to submit but no messages arrive. I need you to trace the issue (likely PHP mail, SMTP settings, or server permissions), correct it, and prove that each form reliably delivers to the designated address.
