"The Bitcoin-mining program I downloaded no longer launches on my Windows 10 machine; the .exe flashes for a second and closes. Rather than trying to patch the old binary, I want a fresh, working executable built from the same source features so I can get back to mining without hassles.

Here’s what I know so far:

• Original purpose: solo/pooled Bitcoin mining, not a wallet or trading tool.
• Platform requirement: Windows 10 (64-bit) with normal UAC settings—no awkward compatibility-mode workarounds.
• Current codebase: unknown; I have the legacy installer, some DLLs, and a handful of config files. If reverse-engineering is needed to recreate functionality, that’s fine by me as long as the final product is clean and safe.

What I need from you:

1. Analyse the existing files, identify the technologies used (C/C++, .NET, or whatever the original dev picked), and decide whether to port, refactor, or start from scratch.
2. Produce a new, digitally signed Windows executable that starts reliably on Windows 10 and supports the same Bitcoin-mining operations (stratum connection, pool credentials, basic hash-rate display).
3. Keep the UI minimal—CLI or light GUI are both acceptable as long as setup is painless.
4. Hand over the full, well-commented source code plus build instructions so I can compile future versions myself.

Acceptance criteria:

• The .exe opens on a stock Windows 10 system with no additional tweaks.
• It connects to a test Bitcoin pool of my choice and begins hashing successfully.
• VirusTotal scan shows no flags.
• Build steps reproduce the identical binary on my end.
