"I need to build a citizen journalism website. Requirements are as follows:

(a) Slim, fast loading, modern design.

(b) Citizens can sign up as contributor/journalist, have a login panel, where they can post text news, with image and videos evidence, size limit apply for fast loading, you need to determine the optimum size limit for image and video. They can save draft so that they can come back and work on. After submitting the post, the post will be pending editor's approval. Editors can edit the texts, image, and video as necessary. Editors will have designated admin dashboard, and they can suspend and unsuspend any user account.

(c) The user's/contributor's dashboard must be user-friendly, mobile-friendly, and they will have a profile where all of their contributions will be visible like a facebook profile.

(d) Strong and easy to use username/password reset method for users.

(e) Editors and users can send message to each other.

(f) General readers can leave comments on the published news. Editor's can moderate comments and suspend offensive commenters account.

(g) Editor's can pick items for home page and other subpage. Items will be categorized based on editor's tag, and relevant location and subclass.

(h) Must have designated space for advertisement.

(i) Must have options to switch between two languages. English and Bangla. Contents will be categorized based on these two languages. When clicked on Bangla, readers will read Bangla contents, when clicked on Eng, readers will read english contents.

(j) Payment method integration for donation collection.
