"The project involves 3 app being created but interlinked

App 1 - Displays ads on a android Tablet, it just rotates the ads on 15 second cycle. the ads will be pictures or silent videos. I want it so it will make this device's touchscreen to disabled so the person watching can do anything to the device.

The app needs to turn the tablet on using the camera as a sensor.

The app needs to log what ads it showed, how far the device the App installed has travelled using maybe the GPS in google maps. how many and what ads were displayed. how many time the tablet was turned on and stats like that, It will also be able to download the ads from a central server.

App2 (Android and Apple)

This app will be used to turn on App 1 for use.
Have a payment function like a wallet to displayed a balance of money.
Have function to cash out to this users bank amount, using their bank details and paypal.
This app will need to automatically make the device it is on Hotspot App1's device so it can have internet access
Monitor the battery on App1
Have a ON button that will record how long the user logged in.

App3 (Android and Apple)

Will have a payment gate way so the user can make payments
Be able to upload pictures and videos to be displayed on App1
Give stats from APP1 like how many time there add was displayed, total amount of time their ad/s were displayed and stats like that.
