We are a small transport company seeking an experienced full-stack developer or team to build a custom web-based Transport Management System.

We need a reliable, clean, and responsive web application to track trips, payments, agents, and balances, with functional dashboards and notification features.

Core Requirements
Trip Management

Create, edit, and view trips (auto-generate LR No/Trip Number)

Trip details: cargo type, lorry type, driver details, start/end location, freight amount,etc

Dashboard table with advanced search and filter options

Payment Tracking

Record payments (initial advance, miscellaneous, final balance) linked to each trip

Agent-wise running balances (simple balance sheet)

Multiple agents can record payments on the same trip

Agent Management

Role-based logins (admin, agent); agents only see their own data

Admin dashboard to view all trips, payment activities, and agent balances

Export & Reporting

Export trips, payments, and agent balance sheets to Excel or PDF (filtered by agent, date, and status)

Notifications

Automated email notifications to admin/agent on trip/payment creation

SMS notification to driver with trip summary (basic Twilio integration)

Mobile Responsive UI

Website should work smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers
