"My current WordPress site relies on a home-grown PHP booking page that is wired into Contact Form 7. The workflow still works, yet it feels dated and lacks several essentials my customers keep asking for. I am ready to overhaul the page—both in looks and in logic—and I need someone who understands WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, and, ideally, the ins and outs of Contact Form 7.

Here is what must change:

• Robust form validation on both the client and server sides so users cannot submit half-filled or malformed data.
• Extra payment options beyond the single gateway I run today; I’m open to common providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, or any alternative you recommend that fits Contact Form 7 or a light custom integration.
• Automatic email notifications—for the customer, the admin, and a separate internal address—triggered on successful booking, failure, and payment confirmation.
• A modern design refresh that keeps the page lightweight but aligns visually with the rest of the site. I’ll share brand colours and fonts, yet I welcome your creative input on layout, icons, and micro-interactions.

Acceptance criteria
1. All three functions—validation, payment, notifications—tested and proven in staging before going live.
2. New design loads no slower than the current page (I will benchmark with GTmetrix).
3. Code written so future Contact Form 7 updates do not break the custom logic; please document any hooks, filters, or template overrides.
