Setup & Environment


Install WordPress on the new hosting environment (or staging server).

Use a lightweight, well-supported theme compatible with easy to use pagebuilder like e.g. Elementor


Page Builder


Build the new site using Elementor or an equally intuitive visual builder suitable for non-technical editors.


Ensure all templates and blocks are easy to duplicate, edit, and maintain.


Design & Layout


Recreate the existing design and layout from Squarespace.


Keep brand colors, typography, and spacing consistent.


Apply minor improvements for readability, consistency, or responsiveness where needed.


Wireframe Walkthrough


Before starting full development, walk through a sitemap to confirm page structure and content hierarchy.


Identify any content or section that should be updated, added, or simplified during migration.


Elfsight Add-ons


Reimplement the existing Elfsight widgets (e.g., reviews, booking forms, or other embeds) into the new WordPress setup.
