"I run a busy laundry service and need a single system that lets us bill customers, track garments and supplies, and keep every staff member on the same page whether they’re at the front desk or on delivery. The solution has to work on a Windows PC in the shop and on phones for both iOS and Android when we’re on the move.

Core workflow
• Generate professional invoices on the spot, print or share them digitally.
• Maintain a live customer database with visit history, preferences, and balances.
• Monitor inventory of detergents, packaging, and any other items we specify, showing alerts when stock is low.

Access control
We operate with four distinct roles—Owner, Manager, Counter Staff, and Driver—each seeing only the screens they need while sharing a common database. Creating additional roles later should be straightforward.

Technical notes
• Real-time sync between desktop and mobile.
• Clean, intuitive UI; no training manuals needed.
