"I run a new online education company and I need a WordPress site that showcases and sells our courses and tutorials. The whole platform should feel intuitive for students while letting me manage content without touching code.

What the site must do
• Present courses and tutorials in a clean catalogue
• Let students sign up, enrol, and track their own progress
• Include built-in quiz and assessment tools for each lesson
• Offer downloadable resources alongside the lessons

I’m happy for you to recommend a learning-management plugin (LearnDash, LifterLMS, TutorLMS, etc.) as long as it covers the four points above, plays nicely with modern page builders, and can scale as our course library grows.

The build has to be mobile-responsive, fast-loading, and ready for simple branding tweaks on my end. When you hand it over I expect:
1. A fully functional WordPress install on my hosting account
2. The LMS plugin configured with one sample course that demonstrates progress tracking, a quiz, and a resource download
3. Clear, short instructions (or a quick Loom walkthrough) showing me how to add new courses myself
