"I'm looking for a software solution that can read multiple PDF files and create a consolidated printout in PDF format. The software should be able to extract specific parts from each PDF, including:

- Text Headings
- Paragraphs
- Images

The extracted content should be organized in the printout. The input and output PDFs are highly standardized (the parts that need to be extracted from each pdf is always in the same place, etc).

The software should be able to read the patient's name on each PDF and ensure that they all match (avoid aggregating data from different patients into an output).

The software will handle patient's confidential data. All the processing needs to be done on-device and a login and password should be required.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong background in PDF manipulation and software development
- Experience with text extraction and content organization
- Proficiency in generating and formatting PDF documents
- Experience with handling confidential data, PHI" (client-provided description)
