1. DRIVER SIDE
Login & Agreement

Driver logs in using ID & password.

On first page, driver must agree to Terms & Conditions, sign digitally, and submit.

Check-in Process

Headlights

Truck Display

Truck Inspection (requires live image upload)

Damage Option: Yes/No

If Yes, driver must upload a live damage image before proceeding.

Truck Details Form:

Date & Time (auto-filled from system & live location)

After submission:

System records driver’s Check-in Time

Displays Thank You message

Automatically logs driver out

Check-out Process

Driver logs in again with ID & password

3. EMPLOYEE SIDE

Generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly driver reports

Reports must include:

Driver details

Check-in time

Check-out time

All inspection images

Live location links

Salary Management

Change driver’s hourly or fixed salary with admin approval via notification

Other Requirements

Live location tracking must work for both check-in and check-out.

All images must be captured in real-time using phone camera (not from gallery).

Calculations for working hours and earnings should be automatic.
