Core scope
• Task Management – create, assign, remind, and predict due-date risks
• Employee Management – profiles, role-based access, simple performance notes
• Inventory Management – real-time counts, low-stock alerts, and smart re-order suggestions

I’ll supply wireframes and the functional outline; you choose the best stack—as long as it delivers a single code base (Flutter, React Native, or similar) and a scalable backend (Firebase, Supabase, or Node/Express work for me).
