"I need a clean-looking, standalone dialer built in native Android (Kotlin or Java—your call) and styled with a minimalist Material-3 aesthetic. Core screens are the dial pad, a searchable contacts page, and a “Recent” screen that shows missed and outgoing calls in a simple list view.

Functional details
• Search must work by both name and phone number, updating results as the user types.
• The recent-calls page should let the user toggle between All, Missed, Rejected, Outgoing, and Incoming calls.
• Long-press or overflow actions should allow blocking any number, and the user can assign a custom ringtone from local storage.
• Recording is explicitly excluded from the UI.
