"A cross-platform mobile application is needed to let travelers reserve cars throughout North, Northeastern, North-Central, and metro-Atlanta Georgia directly from their iPhone or Android device. The flow is intentionally friction-free: guests can book without creating an account, review a real-time availability calendar, compare detailed vehicle specs, see clear prices up-front, and pay securely with any major credit or debit card.

After payment, the system must issue instant confirmation and support partial or full refunds from the same card if plans change. All sensitive data has to move through PCI-compliant gateways and be tokenized for both iOS and Android builds.

Key screens include: a geo-filtered vehicle catalogue, calendar-based availability selector, spec & pricing display, checkout with card capture, and a trip management page where users can request changes or cancellations. Push notifications for booking status and refund processing round out the basic experience.

Please deliver production-ready iOS and Android binaries plus source code, along with a lightweight admin panel or API hooks so I can upload cars, set rates, and approve refunds on my end. Test builds should reach TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing before final hand-off." (client-provided description)
