"I’m looking for someone who can turn a blank canvas into a polished, sales-ready landing page in five days. The main objective is simple: give visitors instant access to our PDF Article (The 10 Silent Tax Drains Stealing Wealth from Successful Doctors) while capturing their details and nudging them toward a discovery call with my team.

Here’s the experience I envision: a clean hero section that shows off the PDF Article, a short form (name, email, company) that unlocks the download automatically, and a prominent call-to-action button that routes qualified leads straight to our Calendly or similar scheduler. Streamlined is the word—no testimonial carousel or heavy graphics this time—yet the design still needs to feel engaging and trustworthy.

If you’re most comfortable in WordPress, Webflow, Unbounce, or another landing-page builder, let me know; I’m flexible as long as the final product is responsive, loads fast, and plugs neatly into Google Analytics/Tag Manager and our email platform.
