"I already have a partial codebase that scrapes odds and runs basic models, but it needs a decisive push to reach a market-ready state. The goal is simple: a single AI engine that produces accurate player-prop, moneyline, spread, and total picks for Football, Basketball, Baseball, Hockey, and Soccer, then serves them through a seamless web dashboard and companion mobile app.

Here’s the current state and what I’ll need from you:
• Refactor and extend the existing Python code (TensorFlow / PyTorch welcome) so it supports player-performance prediction, full game outcome projections, betting-odds optimisation, and over/under totals in one unified pipeline.
• Plug the models into live data feeds—official league or trusted third-party APIs only—so rosters, injuries, and line movements update in real time.
• Expose the results via a modern front end: React (web) plus Flutter or React Native (mobile) are ideal, but I’m open if you can hit the same UX quality.
• Tighten performance: sub-second API responses for data refresh, scalable architecture that won’t buckle on Sunday kick-off or NBA playoffs.
• Milestone delivery with a visible demo after every sprint.

Nice-to-have (call it bonus scope): user accounts, Stripe or similar for paid subscriptions, and role-based access so VIP users see lines earlier.
