"I’m looking to build a lightweight video-streaming app that lets viewers unlock a library of Chinese two-hour “短劇” dramas with a single NT$199 top-up. The flow is simple: register or log in, pay once, then watch every film in the catalogue. Under each video I need a comment section, and those comments must be shareable so users can post their thoughts to friends or social platforms with a tap.

The core catalogue will start with narrative films only; I’ll upload further titles from the admin side as the collection grows. Smooth in-app payment (Apple / Google Pay or another reliable gateway), player controls, and a clean UI that loads quickly on mainstream smartphones are key.

Deliverables:
• Full source code for the app
• Admin panel or straightforward method for adding new dramas and managing users
• Integrated NT$199 recharge logic tied to account access
• Comment feature with share button working end-to-end
• Basic onboarding documentation so I can maintain and update content myself
