"Project & Role

We are looking for a skilled independent developer for a milestone-based freelance contract. You will work remotely and autonomously to enhance our existing Kaarya platform. Collaboration will occur through defined milestones and regular updates with our team. This is not a full rewrite; you should strictly follow our current architecture and tech stack.

Tech Stack: React ([login to view URL]), Tailwind CSS, state management with Zustand/Redux, and Supabase (Auth, Database, Storage). The app is deployed on Vercel. (Applicants must be comfortable with these technologies and the existing architecture.)

Responsibilities:

Develop scalable user interfaces and pages using React/[login to view URL] and Tailwind.
Implement and maintain role-based routing and access control (e.g., separate flows for workers, employers, and admins).
Build and optimize interactive dashboards for different user roles (worker dashboard, employer dashboard, admin panel).
Ensure secure authentication and session management flows.
Write clean, well-documented code following best practices. Rigorously debug and resolve complex issues (e.g., redirect loops, state synchronization bugs).
Work within an Agile/milestone-driven process and communicate progress clearly.

Required Experience:
Proven track record building production-grade React applications ([login to view URL] experience is a plus) with a Supabase backend.
Knowledge of integrating secure in-app payment systems (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay).
Strong skills in Tailwind CSS and responsive, mobile-first design.
Proficiency with state management libraries (Zustand or Redux) for complex UIs.
Solid understanding of authentication, session handling, and role-based access control.
Ability to implement and troubleshoot routing and redirects in a React app.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail (clean code, modular design, etc.).
Experience delivering features on a milestone or sprint basis.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Nice-to-Have / Future Skills:
Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization for multi-language support.
Familiarity with machine learning or algorithmic approaches for scalable matchmaking/recommendation.
Background in building analytics dashboards and reporting tools for admin users.
