"I want a clean, modern website that clearly tells visitors who we are, what we do, and how to reach us. The core pages will be About Us, Services, and Contact Information. I already have brand assets, some copy, and a rough site map; however, a few sections still need fresh, engaging text, so we’ll blend my existing material with your content-writing skills.

The finished site should load quickly, look great on desktop and mobile, and be easy for me to update afterwards—WordPress, Webflow, or another intuitive CMS is fine as long as you configure it for simple edits. Once live, I expect:

• a fully responsive design matching our branding
• polished copy where gaps exist, integrated with the copy I supply
• clear contact options (form, phone, and mapped address)
• basic on-page SEO set up (titles, meta, alt tags)
• hand-over of all source files plus admin access
