Project description:
"I need a web–based control panel that exposes a clean, well-documented API for four core operations: mobile recharge, utility bill payments, bank payouts, and future Android-app integration. The panel will sit at the heart of my service, so rock-solid user authentication (JWT or similar), a tamper-proof transaction history, and real-time notifications via webhook or socket are mandatory.
Here’s how I picture the workflow:
• Users sign in securely and see a unified dashboard.
• Each request—whether it comes from my own front-end or a partner app—hits your REST/JSON (or GraphQL, if you prefer) endpoint, processes against my provider routes, and returns status instantly.
• Every call is logged to an auditable ledger I can filter by date, user, and service type.
• Success, failure, or pending states trigger immediate push/webhook notifications so my clients stay informed without a page refresh.
You’re free to choose the stack—Laravel, Node, Django, Go—so long as the code is modular and easy to maintain. Just ship it container-ready (Docker) with environment variables for provider keys, a Postgres or MySQL schema, and a concise README that lets me deploy to a VPS in minutes.
Acceptance criteria
1. Responsive web UI + documented API covering recharge, bill pay, and payout endpoints.
2. Token-based auth with role tiers for admin and reseller.
3. Persistent transaction log with search and export (.csv) capability.
4. Real-time event push (webhook or socket).
5. Clean codebase, Dockerfile, and setup guide.
Once those boxes are ticked and tests pass, we’re done." (client-provided description)
