"I have an existing mobile app that works, but the experience still feels clunky and dated. My goal is to tighten every interaction so that users reach key actions faster, see clearer feedback, and simply enjoy using the product.

You will start by reviewing the current build (iOS and Android) and mapping pain-points: long onboarding, confusing navigation, slow micro-interactions—anything that blocks a smooth flow. From there, create low-fidelity concepts, validate them with quick user tests, then translate the winning ideas into high-fidelity screens and an interactive prototype (Figma or Sketch are fine). Once the design is approved, hand over a complete UI kit and annotated flow diagrams so my development team can implement without guesswork.

Deliverables:
• Heuristic audit summary of the current app
• Wireframes covering revised user journeys
• High-fidelity mock-ups & clickable prototype
• UI kit/assets (fonts, colours, icons, spacing system)
• Final documentation outlining UX rationale and acceptance criteria for each screen
