"PROJECT: Restaurant Table Tablet System (Menu + Bill + Pay + Feedback)

Need a developer/team to build a simple system for tablets on restaurant tables.

What I Need Built (Version 1)

Tablet Features (customer uses these)
• View digital menu (categories, items, photos, descriptions, prices, allergens)
• View current bill for that table
• Pay bill using either:
• QR code (customer pays on their phone)
• Linked card machine (staff brings card machine already loaded with the bill)
• “Payment complete” screen
• Quick feedback survey (1–5 star ratings + optional comments)
• Option for customer to enter email/phone to receive offers (with consent tickbox)

What the Staff/Owner Needs (Control Panel)

Developer must build a simple online dashboard to:
• Add/edit/delete menu items
• Add/edit item photos
• Change prices
• Mark items as unavailable
• Manage tables (Table 1, Table 2, etc.)
• See open bills
• See completed payments
• View feedback results (ratings + comments)
• View and export customer email/phone sign-ups

System Requirements (Plain English)
• Each table has an Android tablet in a stand
• Tablet must run in kiosk mode (locked to our app only)
• Tablet always shows the correct table number
• Tablet connects to an online system that stores menu, tables, bills, payments, feedback, and sign-ups
• Must support QR payments AND card-machine payments
• After payment, the system should automatically mark the bill as paid
• System must be reliable, secure, and branded for ALOHA
• Large, clear buttons and text for easy customer use

Developer must recommend a UK-friendly payment provider (Stripe, Worldpay, Adyen, etc.) that can:
• Create payment links/QR codes
• Link payment totals to a card machine
• Send a confirmation back to our system when payment succeeds
