"I want to build a web-based travel portal that lets users search, compare, and securely book flights and hotels in real time. Flights and hotels are the only services I need for this first release; car rentals may follow later, but are out of scope right now.

Core objectives
• Integrate reliable flight and hotel inventories through established APIs or GDS connections, handle live availability, pricing, and instant confirmation.
• Design a clean, responsive interface (desktop and mobile) that walks users from search to payment without friction.
• Implement secure payment processing and automatically generate e-tickets or booking vouchers.
• Provide a lightweight admin dashboard so I can manage content, view bookings, and pull basic sales reports.

Acceptance criteria
• Flight and hotel searches return accurate results in under three seconds.
• End-to-end booking flow completes successfully in a test environment with major cards and at least one digital wallet.
• All major pages pass Google Lighthouse performance and accessibility audits (≥90/100).
• Source code is handed over with setup instructions and brief API documentation.
