"Mobile App Development - Snow Removal Service Platform (Uber-like)

We need an experienced development team to build a complete on-demand snow removal service platform for the Canadian market, similar to Uber's model.

PROJECT SCOPE:

- Native mobile apps (iOS & Android using React Native) for customers and snow plow operators with real-time GPS tracking

- Backend API system with user authentication, service matching algorithm, and real-time location tracking

- Admin web dashboard for service monitoring, operator management, and business analytics

- Complete payment integration with Stripe (including operator payouts and commission management)

- Real-time chat system between customers and operators with push notifications

- Rating and review system for both customers and operators

- Dynamic pricing engine based on demand, weather conditions, and time of day

- PostgreSQL database with 40+ tables for complete service management

- Integration with Google Maps API (geocoding, routing, distance calculation)

- SMS notifications via Twilio and email system via SendGrid

- Photo upload functionality (before/after service photos stored in AWS S3)

- Cloud infrastructure setup on AWS or GCP with auto-scaling capabilities


REQUIRED TECH STACK:
