"I’m looking for someone who can take my idea and turn it into a brand-new Flutter application built entirely from scratch. The codebase should be clean, well-structured, and ready for future scale. I’ll need the full source code along with a compiled release build, plus basic hand-off notes so that any developer can pick it up later without guesswork.

Please be comfortable working in Dart and the current stable channel of Flutter, handling state management with a proven approach (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc—whichever you prefer, as long as it stays maintainable). If your workflow already covers automated testing and CI/CD, let me know; that’s a plus.

Once the app is running smoothly, I’ll also want guidance on packaging it for store submission. If you have recent experience meeting both Google Play and App Store guidelines, mention that in your bid.
