"We are looking for an experienced Flutter developer to create the first full version of our mobile application "Puanım" – a loyalty points system for small and medium-sized businesses (cafes, restaurants, hotels, shops).

The app will have two main user roles:

Customers → Earn and track points, view offers, redeem rewards.

Business Owners → Manage customers’ points, create campaigns, view analytics.

Our goal is to launch Version 1 directly, not just an MVP, so the app must be polished, stable, and ready for real user adoption.

Features – Customer Side:
User Registration & Login (Firebase Authentication – email, password, optional phone login).

QR Code Scanner to earn points at partner businesses.

Points & Status Tracking (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, VIP).

Campaign & Offers List with detailed descriptions and expiry dates.

Transaction History (earned points, redeemed points).

Profile Settings (edit personal details, profile photo).
