"Hi. We have 3 quick tasks for a PHP/JS developer using Stachethemes Event Calendar and would need them ASAP:

1) Add Minimum Attendance Per Signup

Plugin supports only maximum attendees (e.g., max 6).

We also need a minimum (always 4 in our case).

Frontend + backend must block submissions below the minimum.

2) Collect Names + Birthdates for Each Attendee

Two acceptable solutions:

Option A (preferred): Dynamic rows, depending on number of attendees

Option B (fallback): Static fields

Add 6 attendee blocks (name + birthdate).

3) Event Display Rule: Gray Out Earlier Events

Current behavior: event tile turns gray when full (0 spots left).
Required behavior: grayed out when fewer than 4 spots remain." (client-provided description)
