"I need a web app deployed and hosted on Vercel that will ultimately power a SaaS offering. The immediate goal is to have a solid, production-ready foundation—routing, env-var handling, CI/CD, and a clean component structure—so I can begin adding product-specific features right away.

Because the project is SaaS-focused, scalability, fast cold starts, and a straightforward billing-friendly architecture are priorities. I’m still deciding whether full user authentication is necessary from day one; I’d appreciate guidance on whether a plug-and-play solution such as NextAuth, Clerk, or Supabase Auth makes sense or if we should postpone sign-in to a later milestone.

Deliverables I expect:
• A [login to view URL] (or similarly Vercel-native) codebase pushed to GitHub and automatically deploying to my Vercel account
• Clear instructions or inline documentation that show where to add future SaaS modules (subscriptions, metered usage, etc.)
