"We're ready to give the Ilm Foundation a fresh, donor-focused home online. The single goal is to boost fundraising, so every design choice has to make it easy—and compelling—for individual supporters, corporate donors and grant-making entities to contribute.

Here is what we need delivered:
• A clean, mobile-responsive website that loads fast and keeps the donation call-to-action visible without feeling pushy.
• A secure donation portal with one-time and recurring options (we have a GoFundMe page, but we're still open to your recommendation).
• A success-stories area where we can showcase impact through photos, short videos, and quotes, for multiple programs. We’d like to be able to add new stories or programs ourselves through a simple CMS.
• A volunteer sign-up form that drops submissions straight into Mailchimp or a Google Sheet for easy follow-up. Feel free to recommend a better volunteer tracking system.
• Basic on-page SEO and Google Analytics set up so we can track which pages convert best.

We already have a branding guideline and color palette, and we can supply you with articles of previously completed programs, so you can simply focus on layout, user flow, and the technical build. A WordPress or similar CMS solution is preferred for ease of future updates. We prefer not to have a website built with custom HTML code because it will be difficult to maintain.
