A premium WordPress template/theme (paid $13 – I will provide the license/files)

I have a clear vision and most of the content ready (text, ideas, structure), but I’m struggling with:

Creating an attractive, modern, and professional layout
Customizing the template properly
Organizing pages in a way that looks polished and converts visitors

What I’m looking for – Phase 1 (2-hour Zoom session):

After the session, you’ll quote a fixed total price to complete the entire website (design, layout, responsive optimization, basic on-page SEO setup, etc.). I prefer working with someone who can take it to 100% completion without me chasing.

Requirements:
Strong experience with WordPress + Elementor (or similar page builder) – the template uses one of these

English and clear communication

Ability to create clean, fast-loading, professional-looking business/service websites
Available for Zoom screen-share (camera on preferred but not mandatory)
Portfolio of similar completed sites (please link 2–3 examples)
