"My voice assistant built with Vapi behaves inconsistently whenever a caller tries to set an appointment. At times she mis-hears the date or time, sometimes she confirms the wrong slot, and more often than I’d like the event never lands in my Google Calendar at all. I need those three points—recognising the appointment details, confirming them correctly, and saving the final event to my Google Calendar—working flawlessly again.

Once that path is stable I also want automatic email notifications so I can stay in the loop without opening the dashboard: a short conversation summary, a copy of the appointment confirmation, and an alert if anything fails behind the scenes.

Deliverables
• Debug and stabilise appointment flow (detail recognition → confirmation → calendar insert)
• Hook the final event into Google Calendar via API with reliable error handling
• Implement triggered emails containing: conversation summary, appointment confirmation, and any error message
