"I’m ready to commission an end-to-end escrow website in ASP.NET MVC (C#) that reproduces the full buyer-to-seller workflow found on Escrow.com, then extends it with one crucial upgrade: a single buyer transaction must be able to distribute funds across multiple sellers using a custom amount for each seller (not merely equal or percentage-based splits).

Core flow
– Buyer or seller can initiate a deal, set price, shipping terms, inspection period, and upload any documentation.
– Funds are taken by Stripe (Stripe Connect preferred) and held until all conditions are met.
– For every line-item I need configurable due-diligence rules: X days of inspection, followed by an explicit “confirm” button from both buyer and seller. Only after that dual confirmation should Stripe release the money.
– If a transaction involves several sellers, the platform must calculate and queue each custom amount and release them independently once their individual items clear the same confirmation logic.

Scope of work
• Build responsive front-end views that mirror Escrow.com’s key screens—deal creation, milestone tracking, dispute log, and wallet history.
• Implement secure user, role, and KYC modules.
• Wire all money movement through Stripe using webhooks for hold, release, and refund events.
• Use the SQL Server database I provide; supply full schema migrations and seed data.
• Include an admin portal for manual overrides, fee configuration, and audit trails.

Deliverables
1. Complete Visual Studio solution with C# source code, Razor views, and any JavaScript/CSS assets.
2. SQL scripts for schema and sample data.
3. README that covers local setup, Stripe sandbox keys, and deployment to IIS or Azure App Service.
4. Short demo video or live staging link proving a full transaction from creation to dual confirmation and custom multi-seller payout.

Acceptance criteria
• Every step of the Escrow.com workflow is reproducible.
• Multi-seller custom distribution executes correctly in Stripe test mode.
• Funds are released only after the configurable inspection period plus confirmation from both buyer and seller.
• All sensitive actions are protected by authentication and logged.
