"I want to turn a set of scenario-based questions into a polished assessment tool that people can download on both iOS and Android. The goal is simple: present a mix of multiple-choice and situational prompts, calculate a “common-sense score,” then display individualized feedback that feels insightful rather than clinical.

Here is what I have in mind so far:
• Cross-platform build so one codebase serves iPhone and Android users.
• Clean, playful UI that invites quick participation (ideally no more than 10 minutes per session).
• Secure local data storage plus optional cloud sync so users can track progress over time.
• Admin dashboard (web or in-app) where I can add, edit, or reorder questions without a full app update.
• Basic analytics: completion rates, average scores, and question-level drop-offs.

I’m flexible on framework—Flutter or React Native both fit—as long as the final result is smooth, responsive, and store-ready. If you have stronger native experience (Swift + Kotlin) and can still keep timelines tight, I’m open to that conversation.

For acceptance:
1. Working prototype on TestFlight and an Android test track that walks through the full assessment and returns a score.
2. Source code with clear instructions to build.
3. Brief hand-off session so I know how to update questions and export basic analytics.
