I’m ready to turn our existing offline success into a steady flow of qualified online inquiries, and I need a developer who can take full ownership of the website—from code to conversions.

What I’m after
The site’s single, overriding purpose is lead generation. Every design choice, line of code, and piece of copy should move visitors toward completing a contact form. I already have a full set of brand assets (logo, color palette, typography, imagery), so you’ll be able to drop straight into production without worrying about visual direction.

Core requirements
• Build a fast, mobile-first website that incorporates my existing branding
• Structure every page for technical SEO and emerging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): clean semantic HTML, schema markup, lightning-quick load times, and intuitive voice-search phrasing
• Create highly visible yet unobtrusive contact forms that feed directly into my CRM (or a system you recommend)
• Lay the groundwork for efficient PPC campaigns: dedicated landing templates, clear URL taxonomy, and tracking pixels ready to fire
