"My Elementor Pro testimonial carousel is showing the literal shortcode on the front-end instead of the saved template; both the images and the text that belong in each slide are absent. The shortcode has already been double-checked and confirmed correct, so the issue sits somewhere inside Elementor or its rendering hooks.

I need someone to jump on TeamViewer with me right away, locate the root cause, and restore normal output so the actual testimonial template appears—images, copy, navigation, styling—exactly as it does in the editor.
