"I’m building a web-based travel portal that lets end-users search and book flights and hotels while also paying their monthly utility bills from the same dashboard.

Core scope
• Real-time flight and hotel booking engine wired to a mainstream GDS or OTA API.
• Utility-bill payment integration—in other words, electricity, water, gas, internet, or similar billers through a secure payment gateway.
• User accounts: full registration, email/OTP verification, and standard login/logout so every transaction is stored in a personal wallet / history page.

Tech expectations
Frontend can be React, Vue, or any modern JS stack; backend could be PHP/Laravel, Node, or Python—happy to take your recommendation as long as the final build is responsive, fast, and PCI-compliant. I’ll supply API keys for the booking supplier and the bill-pay aggregator once we kick off.

Deliverables
1. Fully deployed portal (web) with responsive UI.
2. Admin panel to manage bookings, biller lists, and users.
