Infotech Launch is a growing AI and Software Development company headquartered in North Carolina, USA, with a strong delivery team in India. We are looking for a motivated IT Sales Specialist (Commission-Only) to help expand our client base across the United States and India.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are confident in their sales abilities, driven by results, and ready to grow with a fast-scaling company.

Responsibilities

US Market
• Engage and convert provided leads, along with your own outreach if preferred.
• Conduct discovery calls and present ITL’s AutoPilot suite: AutoSocial, AutoSEO, AutoReviewMgmt, AI Voice Agents.
• Sell custom software, mobile apps, websites, and IT staffing solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Join daily standup meetings to provide updates and align with the team.

India Market
• Reach out to SMBs, startups, restaurants, and service providers.
• Present AI and digital automation services designed for India.
• Assist with onboarding and coordination with the India delivery team.
• Support cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.


Compensation (Commission-Only)
• No base salary; earnings are 100% commission-based until mutual milestone being achieved.
• Commission is paid on each closed deal (US and India).
• US contracts typically result in higher earnings.
• High performers can earn significant monthly income based on closures.
• Additional incentives for long-term retainers and recurring plans.

Performance-Based Advancement

After completing 50 successful closures (combined US + India), performance will be evaluated on:
• Conversion rate
• Closure speed
• Client management
• Daily standup consistency
• Professionalism and communication

Outstanding performers may receive a full-time offer with base salary, commissions, and opportunities for senior sales roles.



Ideal Candidate
• Experience in selling IT services, SaaS, digital marketing, AI, or software development.
• Strong communication and closing skills for US and/or India markets.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Slack, Zoom/Google Meet, and structured reporting.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and passionate about performance-based roles.
• Available for daily standups and weekly metrics reviews.
