"I’m building a property marketplace focused exclusively on buying and selling homes and I want every pixel to feel clean, modern, and conversion-driven. The experience has to look and work flawlessly on:

• Desktop
• Tablet
• Mobile

Key screens revolve around property listings and agent profiles, so the flow from search → listing detail → contact agent needs to be intuitive and fast. I’d like a contemporary aesthetic—think generous white space, bold hero imagery, smart use of colour to highlight calls-to-action, and a layout that scales gracefully across the breakpoints above.

Here’s what I need from you:

• High-fidelity mock-ups and an interactive prototype in Figma (Sketch is fine if that’s your preference)
• A concise style guide covering typography, colour palette, spacing, and reusable components
• Responsive versions of all critical pages: home, search/results, property detail, agent profile, and any supporting UI elements (header, footer, cards, forms)

Acceptance criteria: every screen must render correctly on the three device sizes listed, maintain visual consistency, and support a friction-free path from landing on the home page to sending a purchase enquiry.
