"We are looking for a Senior SEO Strategist who will accelerate the organic growth of our company’s digital projects and create thorough solutions to complex technical and content challenges. We are seeking a leader who can integrate Google algorithms and AI trends into the workflow and provide strategic guidance to digital marketing and software development teams.

Required Qualifications

✓ 5+ years of similar/relevant applied SEO experience (preferably 3+ years in a senior/leader or strategic position),
✓ Having a strong understanding and proven experience in technical SEO (including crawling, indexing, internal linking, rendering, JavaScript crawlability and indexability),
✓ Following up Google algorithms and updates closely; the ability to analyze impact and translate them into actionable strategies,
✓ Actively integrating AI tools (LLMs, content/analyze/automation) in workflows,
✓ Advanced knowledge of GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and similar tools; basic SQL/BigQuery understanding,
✓ Analytical and result oriented mindset; the ability to break down complex problems and solve,
✓ Strong communication skills and the ability to work with content, SEO and software development teams.

What We Expect from You in This Role

✓ Develop and lead the application of long term actionable SEO strategies for all company projects,
✓ Analyze SEO performance metrics thoroughly to improve rankings and increase high quality traffic,
✓ Deep analysis and problem solving; log/renderer audits, crawl budget, indexing problems, internal linking and information architecture, schema and E-E-A-T improvements,
✓ Interpret algorithm updates and create risk/opportunity analysis and action plans,
✓ Turn data into actionable insights and use this information to make monthly strategy adjustments,
✓ Set up AI supported workflows (content brief/quality control, entity extraction, internal linking suggestions, data enrichment and automation),
✓ Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities/risks and create clear insights, conducting keyword research, discovering new opportunities and expanding the keyword portfolio,
✓ Collaborate closely with content, design, product and other marketing teams to implement application of the best SEO practices across the site,
✓ Manage and conduct content development strategies, making sure all recommendations align perfectly with SEO goals,
