The workflow is straightforward: I enter or feed a URL, the tool authenticates with each platform via API keys, fires the submission calls, and shows me clear success or failure logs.

Core requirements
• Support all three platforms in one interface: Google Indexing API, Bing URL Submission API, and the equivalent OpenAI endpoint (or a proven third-party API that OpenAI accepts).
• Three submission modes: a simple field for single URLs, a bulk upload option for CSV/TXT files, and an “auto” mode that continuously reads from a watch-folder or database list and submits any new links.
• Configuration screen or JSON/YAML file where I drop in my API keys and adjust rate limits.
• Real-time status dashboard with response codes, retry logic, and exportable logs.
• Clean installation: runnable as a small web app or CLI script on a typical VPS (Python or Node.js preferred, but I’m open if you have a faster route).
